Day 1
Welcome to Tashkent
- Welcome to Tashkent, the vibrant capital of Uzbekistan!
- Our alhayaholidays representative will meet you at the airport's pickup point.
- Enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full-day city tour of Tashkent.
- Explore the Khastimom complex, which includes the Kaffal Shashiy Mausoleum, Barak Khan Medressah, and the library housing the holy Koran. Visit Chorsu Bazaar, Independence Square, Navoi Theatre Square, Amir Temur Square, and several beautifully decorated metro stations.
- Stay overnight in Tashkent with guaranteed early check-in.
Day 2
Tashkent - Samarkand Day tour (by train)
Travel duration: 02 hrs and 15 minutes per way
- After breakfast, board the morning Afrosiyab speedy train (8:00-10:08).
- Explore the Ulugbek Observatory, Guri Emir Mausoleum, Registan Square, Siyob Bazaar, Bibihanym Mosque, and Shahi Zinda Necropolis.
- Return to Tashkent on the evening Afrosiyab speedy train (17:28-19:38).
- Overnight stay in Tashkent.

Day 3
Tashkent - Chimgan - Departure
Travel duration: (110 km, 2 hrs, one way)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Embark on a day trip to the Chimgan Mountains, part of the southwestern Tien Shan Mountain Range.
- Take a cable-chair lift at the Amirsoy resort to the mountain's summit, enjoy the stunning scenery of snowcapped peaks and river valleys, and take photos.
- Return to the valley near Charvak Reservoir, and in the late afternoon, drive back to Tashkent.
- Note: After the tour, there will be no accommodation. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight at midnight.

- Most hotels in Uzbekistan are 2 or 3 store buildings without lifts and only few hotels have ramps.
- Train trips might be replaced for transfers by car, depending on train tickets availability and train schedule
(sometimes the trains can be canceled by train company without notification) - For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if it's less than 3 pax.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
- The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
- Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
- For all tours and transfers by sharing coach on the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, alhayaholidays will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
- alhayaholidays has nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
- Customers are fully responsible for carrying proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
- No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
- We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
- 45 days or more before the departure date - 25% of the package cost is non-refundable.
- 30 to 45 days before the departure date - 50% of the package cost is non-refundable.
- Less than 30 days before the departure date - 100% of the package cost is non-refundable.
- A full refund is applicable only in the case of flight cancellations due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective destinations.
- In cases of visa rejections or if customers are offloaded at the airport by immigration, the penalty will apply as per the cancellation policy.
